WHY A CRS? (Certified Residential Specialist)

Before you sell a home, there are some basic things you should think
about. Is the house ready to sell? How do I set the price? How much am I
going to make?

These questions are all important, but the most important decision you
will make regarding the sale of your home is to choose the right agent.

A CRS has the experience and training to help you make the right
choices. Remember you don't know how important a good agent is until
something goes wrong!

Experience: To earn the Certified Residential Specialist designations,
every Realtor must have significant experience and volume of real estate
transactions.

Ethics: Every CRS designee is required to maintain membership in the NAR
(National Association of Realtors) and abide by its strict code of
ethics.

A Focus on Home Buying and Selling: Making the home buying and selling
process a more rewarding experience. Every CRS designee must have a
proven track record in the business, as well as advanced education in
related areas such as negotiations, finance, technology and marketing.

Get Serious - Get a CRS:

Only 5% of all Realtors have the experience and advanced training to
hold the CRS designation. If you are serious about buying or selling a
home, working with a Certified Residential Specialist can give you a
serious advantage!
